Altrusa SW Dallas County is one of 33 clubs located in the great State of Texas, which comprises District Nine of Altrusa Intl., Inc.
Altrusa SW Dallas County meets the 2nd Thursday of each month. Our meetings are held at T's Home Cooking located at 418 N. Main St, Duncanville, TX 75116. T's is located on the east side of Main St, between
Wheatland Rd and Camp Wisdom Road (about 4 blocks north of Center, next door to the Snow Cone Stand).
Our next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at our new location -- T's Home Cooking on N. Main in Duncanville. Our regular monthly meeting is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month begins at 6:00 pm. Our regular meetings include dinner at a cost of $$15 per person. The cost includes salad, entree,tip & drink.
Altrusa SW Dallas County was chartered on November 5, 1993. Its members live throughout the SW Dallas County & northern Ellis County areas including Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Grand Prairie, Lancaster, Oak Cliff, Ovilla and Waxahachie.
Altrusa is an international association of professional women and men who volunteer their energies to community betterment. Altrusa is also a community service organization that espouses volunteerism & service, fights for literacy and against AIDS.
